This Cookie Policy explains which cookies and similar technologies Scaleo LLC ("Scaleo OS", "we", "us") uses on scaleo-os.com and in the Scaleo OS platform at app.scaleo-os.com. How we process personal data in general is described in our Privacy Policy.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your device. Similar technologies, such as the local storage of your browser, work in the same way. We call all of them "cookies" in this policy.
2. What we use
We use only cookies that are strictly necessary to run the platform and keep it secure. For these we do not need your consent. We do not use advertising cookies and we do not use analytics tools that profile you.
Strictly necessary
Sign-in session (Supabase): keeps you signed in after you log in. It is stored in the local storage of your browser and ends when you sign out or when the session expires.
Interface settings: stores choices such as your language so that the platform shows the right version.
Security (Cloudflare): Cloudflare protects the platform against automated attacks and may set a short-lived security cookie for this purpose.
Cookie choices (Termly): stores your consent choices so that we do not ask you again on every visit.
Set by service providers on their own pages
Identity verification (Stripe): while you verify your identity and on payment pages, Stripe may set cookies or similar identifiers for fraud prevention and to run the verification.
Sign-in with Google or Microsoft: if you choose these options, the provider may set cookies on its own sign-in page. We have no control over them. Please read the privacy notice of the provider.
3. How to manage cookies
You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings. If you block strictly necessary cookies, you cannot sign in and some functions stop working. You can change your cookie choices at any time through the cookie settings link of our consent banner.
4. Changes
If we add cookies that need your consent, such as analytics, we update this policy and ask for your consent before we set them.
